I work in a structured three-phase approach, from growth ambition to strategy, with an initial focus on strong brand positioning and brand values. Together, we design a customized partnership model and work towards an impactful marketing strategy. I challenge the team on collaborations and plans that can make a difference. In the program, I start by defining the current situation and exploring the desired situation, followed by inspiring you with high-profile case studies. It's a program that inspires you and provides the organization with direction for both the short and long term.

Our collaboration

After our first introduction and intake, I will start with a thorough analysis. For this process, I work with a core team and the key stakeholders join the Partnership session. As a funnel, I help structure the question, determine the objectives and we work together towards an inspiring vision with an impactful strategy. This approach ensures a substantiated and supported plan. A strong foundation with focus for the coming years to get started with right away, with the goal: brand growth!
